Role Overview
As a Recruiter at Datadog, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating the company's growth by sourcing top talent and shaping an excellent candidate experience. You will be the initial contact for prospective employees, representing Datadog's values and guiding candidates throughout the recruitment journey to transform them into valued team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and attract qualified candidates through diverse channels such as sourcing, job advertisements, referrals, and agency partnerships.
- Conduct candidate screenings to assess alignment with job requirements.
- Work alongside leadership to develop and refine the interview process for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure communication with all candidates interviewed.
- Lead compensation negotiations with selected candidates.
- Improve recruitment workflows by training interview teams.
- Utilize Greenhouse software to monitor candidate progress, maintain accurate recruitment data, and revisit potential talent pools.
- Prioritize delivering a positive interview experience for candidates, irrespective of hiring decisions.
Candidate Profile
- Possesses 2 to 5 years experience managing complete recruiting cycles within internal recruiting teams or staffing agencies.
- Expertise in sourcing strategies to locate exceptional talent.
- Capable of independently managing multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.
- Strong skills in communicating value propositions, negotiating offers, and closing candidates successfully.
- Adept at maintaining urgency throughout all recruitment stages.
- Flexible and adaptive to evolving recruitment procedures and organizational needs.
