Position Overview

As a Recruiter in Enterprise Sales at Datadog, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating company growth by identifying and attracting top talent. You will represent Datadog to potential candidates, shaping their initial experience and guiding them through the hiring process to become valued team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source qualified candidates using diverse channels such as referrals, job postings, agencies, and direct outreach
  • Conduct candidate screenings to assess alignment with role requirements
  • Work closely with leadership to develop and refine interview procedures
  • Ensure continuous communication and closure with all candidates interviewed
  • Lead compensation negotiations with shortlisted applicants
  • Enhance recruitment processes by training interviewers
  • Manage candidate data and progress using Greenhouse applicant tracking system, maintaining data integrity for reporting purposes
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, regardless of hiring outcome

Candidate Profile

  • Possess 2 to 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, either internally or in a staffing agency setting
  • Expertise in sourcing strategies to locate and attract high-caliber talent
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously
  • Strong skills in persuading, negotiating, and closing with prospective hires
  • Capacity to operate with urgency throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Adaptable to dynamic and evolving recruitment processes
