About the Role

We are seeking a Recruiter to spearhead talent acquisition efforts for Thomasville's expanding operations. This position emphasizes sourcing specialists in skilled trades and restoration fields through collaboration with trade schools, industry contacts, and active outreach. The Recruiter will work closely with management to deliver an exceptional hiring experience aligned with Thomasville's core values.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from job posting through candidate onboarding.
• Identify and engage qualified candidates utilizing job boards, social media, referrals, and educational partnerships.
• Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidates on experience, motivation, and cultural compatibility.
• Provide detailed candidate profiles and recommendations to hiring managers.
• Maintain comprehensive and updated candidate information on the Thomasville SharePoint platform.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain clear communication channels among all parties.
• Assist with onboarding processes and handle pre-employment documentation to ensure smooth transitions.
• Continuously build a talent pipeline through strategic market research and networking.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and generate reports to optimize hiring quality and process efficiency.
• Perform additional recruitment-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possess a completed first degree from a recognized university.
• Fulfilled NYSC requirements.
• Experienced in recruiting within global organizations.
• Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
• Strong analytical and research competencies.
• Excellent communication skills with reliable follow-up.
• Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working autonomously.
• Demonstrated accountability and ability to handle responsibilities with minimal oversight.
