Recreation Attendant - Wet Deck

About the Role

As a Recreation Attendant at W Hotels, you play a pivotal role in crafting memorable dining and beverage experiences that extend beyond just serving food. Your work supports smooth food and drink operations by preparing tables, assisting kitchen staff, maintaining cleanliness, and restocking supplies to ensure each guest interaction is seamless and enjoyable.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Set and organize tables in preparation for service.
• Support kitchen operations by assisting where needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in work areas.
• Replenish food and beverage supplies promptly.
• Engage actively with the environment, standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods, often on uneven or slippery surfaces.
• Handle objects weighing up to 25 pounds unassisted and up to 50 pounds with assistance, including stretching and bending as part of the job.

Qualifications and Preferences

• Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• Previous experience in food and beverage preferred but not mandatory.
• No prior supervisory experience required.
• No specific certifications or licenses necessary.
