Role Overview

As a Recovery Executive based in Hyderabad, Telangana, your core responsibility is to ensure the company's financial health by managing the collection of overdue payments and retrieving vehicles as necessary. Your role involves proactive engagement with non-compliant drivers and overseeing vehicle recovery operations while maintaining comprehensive records of all recovery activities. Collaborating with recovery partners and internal teams, you will uphold Moove's commitment to excellent and ethical customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Retrieve vehicles from drivers who fail to meet compliance standards.
  • Operate towing or lifting mechanisms for vehicles that cannot be driven.
  • Assist the senior security lead by driving during official assignments.
  • Develop and sustain relationships with external recovery partners to facilitate recovery processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification equivalent to a secondary school certificate.
  • Over five years of validated experience in driving.
  • Strong familiarity with local routes and geographical locations.
  • Capability to drive multiple vehicle types, including bikes, cars, and pickup trucks.
  • Effective communication skills to engage with various stakeholders.

Performance Indicators

  • Percentage of allocated vehicle recoveries successfully completed.
  • Turnaround time for recovery operations managed by recovery agents.
  • Adherence to road safety measures and compliance with regulations during recovery activities.
  • Reduction in vehicle recovery through encouraging voluntary returns or enabling drivers to continue operating vehicles with Moove.
