Overview
Bharti Airtel is urgently seeking Recovery Executives in Bengaluru to manage the retrieval of Airtel Wi-Fi devices from customers who have discontinued their service. This role involves fieldwork and direct interaction with customers.
Key Duties
- Actively visit customer premises to collect Airtel Wi-Fi devices following service termination.
- Ensure timely handover of all recovered devices to the designated Reporting Manager.
- Accurately record all recovery actions and submit daily progress reports.
- Engage and coordinate with customers to facilitate smooth and successful device recovery.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum education qualification: PUC, ITI, or Diploma.
- Possession of a two-wheeler vehicle is mandatory for commuting to customer locations.
- The role is open to both fresh graduates and individuals with prior experience.
Additional Information
- This position involves field visits; however, it does not include sales-related activities or specific performance targets.
- Salary offered is approximately ₹27,000 per month CTC.
