About the Role
Join a leading creative agency in London as a Receptionist & Workplace Concierge at their brand-new flagship headquarters. This position goes beyond conventional reception duties; you will be a key member of the newly formed Workplace team dedicated to ensuring that every employee, client, and visitor enjoys an outstanding experience akin to a boutique hotel or exclusive members' club service within a dynamic creative office setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and assist senior clients, employees, and visitors to create a positive first impression.
- Prepare and manage spaces for important pitches, events, and meetings, ensuring every detail is flawless.
- Coordinate events and maintain the workplace environment to high standards.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues around the building to uphold an excellent employee and visitor experience.
- Take ownership of tasks and work collaboratively within an energetic and sociable team.
Candidate Profile
- Recent graduate or equivalent with a desire to develop a long-term career within a vibrant creative company.
- Experience in customer-facing roles, ideally within premium hospitality, hotels, members' clubs, luxury retail, events, or coworking spaces.
- Demonstrated commitment and progression in previous roles or academic pursuits, with a responsible and proactive attitude.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills; polished, warm, confident, and comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Outstanding attention to detail, able to anticipate needs and notice what others may overlook.
- Self-motivated and capable of independent problem-solving and initiative.
- Enjoys a busy, on-the-move work environment and being part of a lively team.
