Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to two senior leaders within a rapidly expanding global media and entertainment organization. The group encompasses a broad range of creative enterprises including TV and film production, digital content, and entertainment. This role is embedded in a compact, collaborative central team of approximately 10 colleagues, offering a unique mix of small-office atmosphere combined with exposure to a large, dynamic entertainment group.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex, intertwined diaries for two senior executives.
- Oversee inbox priorities, ensuring timely follow-ups and management.
- Arrange and adjust domestic and international travel plans dynamically.
- Organize board meetings, corporate events, off-sites, and social celebrations.
- Coordinate participation in industry events, festivals, dinners, and related hospitality activities.
- Develop strong working relationships with other Executive Assistants, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional teams within the organization.
- Serve as the professional and welcoming representative of the company for visitors, partners, and guests.
- Ensure smooth office operations and foster a vibrant, connected workplace culture.
- Anticipate challenges and proactively propose practical solutions.
- Maintain utmost confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 4–5 years experience as a PA or Executive Assistant, preferably within television, media, entertainment, or similarly fast-paced creative industries.
- Personable, engaging, and approachable with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Proactive thinker who stays ahead of tasks and issues.
- Confident in decision-making and persistent in driving initiatives to completion.
- Composed under pressure, especially when changes occur with diaries, travel, or priorities.
- Keen learner with genuine interest in business operations and the creative sector.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Trustworthy and discreet with sensitive and confidential information.
- Passionate about media, entertainment, and culture, and enthusiastic about contributing to office camaraderie.
Additional Information
Role is based in London, requiring a hybrid work model with presence in the office at least Tuesday through Thursday, operating hours from 9am to 6pm. Salary is between £45,000 and £50,000 annually.
