Key Duties
- Welcome guests warmly upon arrival, complete check-in procedures including verifying guest information, allocating rooms, issuing keys, and assisting with bell service or providing welcome materials.
- Ensure smooth check-out by verifying final charges, processing payments, issuing receipts, and accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Provide detailed information about the hotel’s facilities, room options, current rates, promotions, and local attractions to assist with guest inquiries.
- Utilize up-selling strategies to recommend additional hotel amenities and services, helping to increase revenue from rooms and services.
- Address guest requests promptly, resolve issues with empathy and efficiency, and manage communication including messages professionally.
