About the Role
Chef Middle East is seeking a courteous, approachable, and well-organized Receptionist to join their team in Doha, Qatar. This position involves creating a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring smooth day-to-day front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and team members, ensuring a positive initial impression.
- Handle and manage incoming telephone calls, emails, and general inquiries at the reception.
- Oversee incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier arrangements.
- Offer administrative assistance to the Human Resources and Administration departments as needed.
- Keep the reception area neat, professional, and orderly at all times.
- Support daily office administrative tasks and carry out additional duties as assigned.
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience working as a receptionist or in a front-office administrative capacity.
- Strong communication abilities and interpersonal skills.
- Professional demeanor with a polite and customer-oriented mindset.
- Excellent organizational capabilities and keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- English fluency is mandatory; knowledge of other languages is an added benefit.
