About the Role
We are seeking a courteous and presentable Front Office Receptionist / Patient Coordinator to join Himantra Integrative Healthcare Centre located in Kondapur, Hyderabad. This role involves managing patient interactions at the front desk in a professional manner, ensuring smooth appointment handling, patient coordination, and billing processes at our healthcare facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients in a professional manner at the front desk.
- Manage patient registrations, appointments, and overall patient flow efficiently.
- Respond to incoming calls and WhatsApp inquiries promptly.
- Provide clear explanations of clinic services and facilitate consultations.
- Follow up with patient inquiries and confirm scheduled appointments.
- Handle billing processes including payments and issuing receipts.
- Coordinate closely with doctors, physiotherapists, and therapists.
- Maintain confidentiality and update patient records accurately.
- Attend to patient feedback and perform basic administrative tasks in the front office.
Candidate Qualifications
- Between 1 to 3 years of work experience in clinics, hospitals, diagnostic centers, or healthcare/wellness sectors.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Telugu; proficiency in Hindi is considered an advantage.
- Possess basic computer literacy.
- Well-groomed, responsible, and presentable appearance.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to handle patients with empathy.
- Experience in sales or follow-up interactions is preferred.
Compensation and Location
The monthly salary ranges from ₹18,000 to ₹25,000, along with performance-based incentives. Salary will be dependent upon candidate experience and interview outcomes.
Work location is at Himantra Integrative Healthcare Centre, Kondapur, Hyderabad.
