Job Overview
Join an award-winning hospitality team as a Receptionist where your warm welcome sets the tone for a memorable guest experience. You will play a crucial role managing the check-in and check-out process while providing exceptional service that embodies hospitality's true spirit.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and efficiently handle the check-in procedure by verifying information, assigning rooms, distributing keys, and assisting with bell service.
- Manage the check-out process, including verifying charges, processing payments, issuing receipts, and accurately operating the point-of-sale system.
- Possess extensive knowledge of the hotel’s services, room categories, rates, promotions, and local area insights to effectively respond to guest inquiries.
- Encourage utilization of hotel amenities using up-selling strategies to maximize service revenue.
- Address guest requests promptly, resolve concerns with care and urgency, and manage communications and messages professionally.
