Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Receptionist cum Telecaller to join our team. This person will manage inquiries, engage with potential students through follow-ups, and maintain comprehensive records. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and multitasking abilities in a fast-moving environment are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound inquiries from phone, email, and walk-in visitors about GIDD's courses.
- Provide detailed information regarding available courses, fees, schedules, and admission processes to interested candidates.
- Respond politely and professionally to questions to ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders.
- Follow up consistently with prospective students to convert leads into active enrollments.
- Maintain ongoing communication to update candidates about course specifics and upcoming sessions.
- Collaborate closely with the admissions team to ensure effective follow-up workflows.
- Accurately update and manage inquiry, follow-up, and enrollment data within the institute’s CRM or database.
- Generate daily and weekly reports tracking inquiry statuses, follow-up results, and enrollment metrics.
- Keep documentation orderly and easily retrievable for future reference.
- Welcome and assist visitors warmly at the front desk, managing communications efficiently.
- Handle incoming calls, route them appropriately, and record messages as required.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception space to foster a welcoming environment.
- Assist in organizing institute events, workshops, and seminars.
- Support administrative functions such as appointment scheduling, timetable management, and coordination with faculty or trainers.
- Help ensure smooth daily front office operations and overall institutional efficiency.
