Join The Maritime Hotel in Bantry, County Cork, as an essential front-line team member who shapes the first impression of guests entering our establishment. As a Receptionist, your role goes beyond standard check-in processes – it includes creating a welcoming atmosphere, managing operations at the switchboard, and providing exceptional service that exceeds expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and ensure smooth check-in and check-out experiences.
- Handle the switchboard with accuracy, routing calls and messages efficiently.
- Maintain clear and accurate guest accounts and balance all transactions.
- Consistently offer professional, friendly, and proactive customer service, anticipating needs and resolving inquiries cheerfully.
Qualifications and Personal Attributes
- Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles, showcasing natural interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills combined with proficiency in IT systems.
- A pleasant, professional demeanor paired with a dedication to guest satisfaction.
