Job Overview

Become an essential part of Hilton's acclaimed hospitality team as a Receiving Clerk in Qatar. In this role, you'll contribute to delivering outstanding guest experiences by efficiently managing procurement and inventory operations within the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with procurement tasks including purchasing materials, researching costs, and ensuring adherence to purchasing policies and procedures.
• Receive and verify incoming deliveries by matching items against purchase orders, invoices, and specifications to ensure accuracy.
• Fulfill departmental requisitions promptly, maintain appropriate stock levels, and inform supervisors about any out-of-stock or low inventory situations.
• Process invoices by receiving, verifying, scanning documentation, and addressing any discrepancies to enable timely payments.
• Conduct routine inventory checks, enter received merchandise into tracking systems, and report any shortages or inconsistencies.
