Role Overview

This position is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Real Estate Video Editor. The editor will be responsible for crafting, editing, and polishing video content focused on real estate marketing campaigns, property listings, and brand storytelling aimed at digital platforms. Daily tasks include organizing raw footage, creating smooth video sequences, applying transitions and visual effects, performing color grading, and optimizing audio quality to produce engaging content.

The editor will work cooperatively with marketing, sales, and design departments to ensure consistency with brand standards and fulfill campaign goals. Additionally, the role involves proposing creative video concepts and integrating motion graphics, delivering final export-ready videos in various formats, and maintaining a uniform visual style across all real estate video materials.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient skills in video production and editing tailored for real estate content.
• Competency in video color grading and basic graphics to elevate visual appeal and reinforce brand consistency.
• Experience in creating motion graphics, overlays, titles, and visual highlights for properties.
• Familiarity with standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, along with fundamental audio editing capabilities.
• Ability to interpret real estate marketing goals and translate them into compelling visual narratives.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and capability to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines on-site in Hyderabad.
• Preferred experience in real estate, marketing, or commercial video editing; a degree or certification in multimedia, film, or a related discipline is advantageous.
