Job Overview
We are seeking motivated part-time or freelance Real Estate Agents based in Kolkata to actively market and sell residential properties on a commission-only model.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective buyers.
- Organize property site visits and provide detailed explanations about the project.
- Guide customers through the entire sales cycle efficiently.
- Maintain consistent follow-up communication with prospects to successfully close deals.
Qualifications & Skills
- Prior experience in real estate sales is preferred but not mandatory.
