Job Overview

As a Reach Driver at Stanley Black & Decker, you will operate a reach truck designed for maneuvering narrow aisles and stacking materials at height within our warehouse or distribution center. Your primary role involves the safe and efficient loading, unloading, and transportation of materials while maintaining a neat and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate reach trucks efficiently in narrow aisle environments for stacking and moving materials.
• Load and unload goods from trucks, storage shelves, and other designated locations.
• Handle and organize materials within the facility to maintain smooth warehouse operations.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free working environment.
• Assist with inventory control tasks, facilitating accurate and orderly stock management.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in your work area at all times.

Skills and Qualifications

• Possession of a valid reach truck license or certification is mandatory.
• Previous experience operating reach trucks is preferred to ensure competency.
• Physical capability to perform labor-intensive tasks involved in warehouse operations.
• Strong attention to detail for managing inventory and compliance with safety standards.
