RE Maintenance Coordinator

Role Overview

We are seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to oversee maintenance activities across Riyadh Factory and Riyadh Head Office, ensuring efficient, safe, and reliable facility operations alongside top standards in housekeeping and service provision.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily tasks of maintenance technicians, cleaning teams, and support personnel.
• Guarantee that all Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules are adhered to and completed timely.
• Track and validate the fulfillment of routine, corrective, and emergency maintenance jobs.
• Collaborate and coordinate with facility maintenance teams, housekeeping, waste disposal, recycling, and external service providers.
• Administer contractor access by issuing and monitoring gate passes and other site entry permissions.
• Promptly address all facility maintenance needs within the Business Unit to support seamless operations.
• Perform regular site inspections to uphold standards of safety, cleanliness, and operational preparedness.
• Follow up on work orders, service requests, and the performance of contractors to ensure alignment with company policies and quality standards.
• Maintain comprehensive logs, reports, and documentation pertinent to facility maintenance operations.

Job Objective

The primary goal is to secure the safe, efficient, and dependable functioning of all company facilities while maintaining exemplary maintenance, housekeeping, and service quality within Riyadh offices and factory.

Skills & Language Requirements

Fluency in both spoken and written English and Arabic is mandatory to effectively communicate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
