Role Overview

As a Quote Specialist, you will be a key member of our service team, responsible for generating accurate cost quotations for service and parts orders. Your role involves gathering and validating cost information, collaborating across multiple internal departments to ensure quotes are comprehensive and precise for sales use. This position is hybrid and based in Greenwood, IN, Houston, TX, Warrington, PA, or Richmond, VA.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and quality check cost quotes incorporating labor rates, shipping fees, parts pricing, and service standards.
• Work closely with Field Service Coordinators, Service Center Coordinators, and Distribution Centers domestically and globally for accurate labor, materials, and logistics data.
• Verify technician needs, service locations, and scheduling details for both Field Service and Service Center operations.
• Coordinate with ATS and AMDC teams to validate any non-standard or replacement parts before finalizing quotes.
• Ensure quotes meet Credit and Trade Compliance requirements prior to release.
• Confirm all scope details including site conditions, technician skill requirements, duration estimates, and parts availability.
• Secure internal approvals and review customer portal information as necessary.
• Transfer finalized cost quotes to Sales or Representatives for pricing and customer negotiations.
• Maintain comprehensive revision logs, supporting documents, and audit trails across systems such as OneCRM, One4AL, OneService, and ServiceNow.
• Contribute to margin analysis by identifying recurring cost variances or incomplete scope details to improve quoting accuracy.

Qualifications and Skills

• Associate degree in Business Administration or related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• A minimum of two years’ experience in quoting, estimating, or coordinating services within an operational or technical setting.
• Proven capability in managing detailed documentation, verifying costs, and adhering to systematic approval processes.
• Familiarity with ERP or CRM platforms like OneCRM, One4AL, OneService, or ServiceNow.
• Strong analytical ability paired with effective communication skills to collaborate with Sales, Service teams, and Distribution Centers.
• Adept at managing fast-paced quote processing with accuracy.

Compensation and Benefits

The role offers a competitive hourly wage between $26 and $30, alongside a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan. Compensation is influenced by your role, skills, experience, and geographic location.
