Role Overview
This is an exciting chance to become a valued member of the Quote Desk team, where you will provide accurate and timely licensing product quotes and solutions on behalf of Ingram Micro’s leading Vendors. The role encourages ongoing knowledge development and completion of relevant certifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer expert advice and prepare quotations for all licensing products from Ingram Micro New Zealand Vendor brands.
- Spot opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling to enhance customer solutions.
- Ensure all quotes are technically accurate and delivered promptly.
- Maintain effective communication with both internal teams and external customers.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email, consistently meeting expectations.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum two years of professional experience in the IT industry.
- Strong skills in customer service, organisation, and negotiation.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- A sales-oriented outlook, demonstrating the capacity to up-sell, cross-sell, and close deals.
- High attention to detail and resilience under pressure.
- Relevant certifications in networking, server/storage, or licensing are advantageous.
- Knowledge of SAP is preferred but not mandatory.
