Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor specializing in MEP to join Saudi Pan Kingdom Company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time onsite role requires extensive expertise in quantity surveying particularly for roads and infrastructure projects such as water, sewage, and drainage networks.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- Have a minimum of eight years of professional experience in quantity surveying related to roads and infrastructure networks, with strong proficiency in Civil 3D software.
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of both Saudi Arabian and international quantity surveying standards, including specifications and measurement practices.
- Fluency in Arabic and English languages is essential for effective communication.
