Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor specializing in interior fit outs for projects including residential, commercial spaces, and IT parks. This position is based in Noida, India, within a reputable Real Estate Group handling diverse highrise developments and real estate ventures.
Core Responsibilities
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), perform precise quantity estimations, and track progress relative to these estimates.
- Conduct regular site inspections to confirm quantity takeoffs and address any discrepancies encountered.
- Create comprehensive cost assessments tailored to interior fit-out projects to support accurate budgeting.
- Work closely with project managers to align cost estimates and scheduling for successful project execution.
- Mentor junior personnel by sharing expertise on quantity estimation methodologies and best practices.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Prior experience in handling projects across Residential, Commercial, and IT Park environments.
- Educational qualifications: Diploma in Civil Engineering or Bachelor's Degree (B.Tech/B.E.) in Civil Engineering.
