Job Overview
We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support and assist the Contracts Manager on various client projects in Singapore. The candidate must be proficient in interpreting construction drawings and accurately performing measurements to aid project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Contracts Manager through regular reporting and coordination related to contracts.
- Analyze and comprehend technical drawings to take precise measurements required for project estimations.
- Prepare comprehensive Bills of Quantities, calculate build-up rates, and undertake valuation of payments including variations claims.
- Handle pricing activities, tender preparations, and contract documentation processes.
- Manage ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Contracts Manager that are essential to the project’s progress and successful execution.
Additional Information
The candidate must hold a valid MOM Approved Licence: 16C7962 to fulfill regulatory requirements.
