About the Role
The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of construction projects, focusing on controlling costs and maintaining overall budget efficiency during the execution of projects.
Qualifications
- Applicants must be Saudi nationals exclusively.
- Possess a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related discipline.
- Have a minimum of one year of pertinent experience, ideally within the construction or contracting industry.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and performing quantity take-offs.
- Strong skills in analysis and problem resolution.
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities coupled with interpersonal skills.
