Job Overview

Radian Engineering Consulting Company is seeking a meticulous Quantity Surveyor to join their Riyadh team on a full-time basis. This role demands expertise in cost estimation, precise project measurement, and managing contract administration throughout various phases of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQs), and prepare budgets for construction projects.
• Accurately measure and assess completed work to produce interim and final payment certifications.
• Analyze and review contractor claims, project variations, and change orders thoroughly.
• Provide support in contract management and oversee procurement procedures.
• Track project expenditures continuously and deliver timely cost reports to senior management.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, and clients regarding financial and contractual issues.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of five years’ experience in quantity surveying roles.
• In-depth understanding of measurement standards, cost estimation techniques, and contract management processes.
• Competency in the use of relevant software tools such as Microsoft Excel and specialized cost management systems.
• Exhibit strong analytical thinking, negotiation tactics, and communication skills.
• Prior experience with construction projects within Saudi Arabia is considered a beneficial asset.
