Role Overview

As a Quantitative Trader / Researcher within one of Tower's trading teams, you will leverage our proprietary, among the fastest and most comprehensive trading systems globally, to create and execute algorithmic trading strategies grounded in market behavior analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, develop, and implement algorithmic trading strategies
• Investigate and identify high to mid-frequency trading signals
• Analyze market data, including microstructure and alternative sources, to detect trading patterns
• Build analytical tools and data platforms to assess market data
• Enhance analytical computation libraries supporting trade analytics
• Develop and refine exchange simulation tools for strategy calibration

Qualifications

• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related STEM field (Bachelors, Masters, or PhD)
• Prior experience in quantitative trading is advantageous but not mandatory
• Strong foundation in mathematics and statistics
• Proficient in back-testing, simulations, and statistical analyses including auto-regression, auto-correlation, and Principal Component Analysis
• Expertise in large data set analysis and data mining, particularly with tick data
• Knowledge of signal generation methodologies and statistical modeling
• Advanced programming skills in Python or C++
