Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with quantitative researchers and engineers to develop and deploy model improvements, new data features, and enhancements to trading infrastructure.
  • Conduct detailed analyses after trades, assessing decision outcomes, model effectiveness, and market dynamics to inform strategy and calibrate models.
  • Identify and exploit opportunities in prediction market behavior such as pricing inefficiencies, liquidity trends, or responsiveness to improve trading advantage.
  • Promote innovation in trading techniques, tools, and data utilization across trading and quantitative teams.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

  • Exceptional ability in quantitative analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
  • Background in trading or modeling in rapid, competitive markets such as prediction markets or financial exchanges.
  • Capable of bridging trading and quantitative research by integrating analytical insights with actual execution.
  • Willingness to assume product ownership responsibilities, including setting priorities, delivering features, and refining workflows comprehensively.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and clear explanation of trading decisions.
  • Flexibility to adjust working hours to accommodate global sports events such as games, matches, and tournaments.
