Position Overview

The Quantitative Developer role is integral to supporting quantitative researchers by designing, coding, deploying, and utilizing software tailored for research and trading activities. This position demands collaboration across multiple teams of technologists and quantitative researchers working with various asset classes to fulfill the company’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with quantitative researchers to create effective and scalable research and trading workflows.
• Work in close cooperation with technology teams to promote software reuse and maintain consistency on a global scale.
• Take comprehensive ownership of engineering projects through their entire development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Academic degree in applied mathematics, physics, engineering, quantitative finance, or computer science.
• At least four years of professional experience utilizing Python.
• Proficiency with contemporary software development practices, including version control systems and agile methodologies.
• Strong communication skills to clearly articulate technical concepts.

Preferred Experience

• Advanced proficiency in quantitative analysis.
• Background in requirements gathering and designing software solutions.
