Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and sustain scalable backend systems based on Java using Spring Boot and Microservices design.
• Apply CQRS and other sophisticated architecture patterns to system design.
• Utilize Kafka for building event-driven architectures and real-time streaming data solutions.
• Leverage Redis caching to improve application performance and efficiency.
• Address complex challenges with a deep understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Participate in deploying and managing applications within Kubernetes environments.
• Maintain high code standards through thorough reviews, unit tests, and adherence to best coding practices.
• Engage with cross-disciplinary teams including DevOps, Product, and QA to ensure seamless project execution.
• Drive continuous performance improvements, scalability enhancements, and robustness of applications.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Over a decade of professional experience developing in Java.
• Proficiency in Spring Boot framework and Microservices architecture implementation.
• Comprehensive understanding and practical knowledge of CQRS pattern and architectural design.
• Hands-on experience working with Apache Kafka for messaging and event streaming.
• Familiar with Redis for in-memory data handling and caching mechanisms.
• Strong problem-solving abilities grounded in data structures and algorithm expertise.
• Experience developing and deploying applications on Kubernetes platforms.
• Knowledge of continuous integration and delivery pipelines, RESTful API design, and containerization.
