Job Overview
We are seeking a meticulous Quality Inspector to join our team, responsible for verifying that finished components meet specified customer drawings and quality benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough final inspections on completed parts to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality criteria.
- Assess dimensions, visual appearance, and overall quality standards rigorously.
- Utilize precise measuring devices including gauges, Vernier calipers, micrometers, and similar equipment.
- Accurately interpret engineering blueprints and technical drawings.
- Detect and document any defects or deviations from quality standards.
- Compile detailed inspection reports and maintain comprehensive quality documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with Production and Quality Assurance departments to address and rectify quality-related problems.
- Verify that only parts meeting approvals are forwarded for shipment.
