Position Overview

365 People is currently seeking dependable and detail-focused individuals to join a reputable client as Quality Inspectors based in Daventry. This role offers immediate start opportunities and a pathway to a pay raise after 12 weeks of employment, suited for those aiming for stable and long-term employment.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Examine products meticulously to detect any defects or quality discrepancies before dispatch.
  • Report identified faults with precision and clarity.
  • Restore items to their original condition when necessary.
  • Operate efficiently to meet required deadlines while upholding high attention to detail standards.
  • Adhere strictly to all prescribed health, safety, and quality protocols.
  • Handle small components including nuts and bolts; this role does not require heavy manual handling.

Working Schedule

Standard shifts at the Daventry facility typically include either 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Candidates must be adaptable to varying shift patterns in accordance with business and client demands, with some Fridays off depending on workload.

Training Details

Initial training will be conducted between the Daventry and Banbury sites to fully prepare candidates for their responsibilities.

Additional Important Information

  • A valid UK driving license and personal vehicle access are mandatory.
  • The first 30 minutes of commute time is unpaid; travel time beyond 30 minutes will be compensated.
  • Applicants should reside within a reasonable distance to Daventry to allow feasible daily travel.

  • Dependable and punctual with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Flexible regarding shift schedules and commuting commitments.
  • Previous quality inspection experience is advantageous but not obligatory as comprehensive training will be offered.
