Job description
Job Overview
We seek a Quality Engineer to oversee and manage quality aspects within our fabrication operations at the factory. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality standards through thorough documentation and inspections.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out and manage documentation related to quality assurance in fabrication work.
- Prepare and review inspection reports for various materials and processes.
- Understand and apply standards related to welding procedures (WPS) and procedure qualification records (PQR).
- Identify and verify material grades to confirm compliance with specifications.
- Execute and monitor Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) processes as per requirements.
Candidate Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of inspection documentation and fabrication quality standards.
- Familiarity with WPS, PQR, material grade specifications, and NDT techniques.
- Good documentation and reporting skills to maintain quality records effectively.
Compensation
The role offers a monthly remuneration between 35000 and 45000 INR.
