Key Responsibilities
- Conduct system and integration testing for Salesforce applications and their interconnections with platforms like MuleSoft, SAP PO, and SAP CRM.
- Validate and verify business workflows end-to-end, including Salesforce Field Service and enterprise APIs.
- Execute API and integration tests to confirm accurate data transfer and interface functionality.
- Support defect tracking, regression checks, release readiness assessments, and overall quality assurance tasks.
- Develop, update, and implement detailed test cases and scripts.
- Document test results and manage issues using Azure DevOps or equivalent tools.
- Perform testing focused on accessibility, compatibility, and cross-browser performance.
- Collaborate closely with developers, analysts, product owners, and delivery teams to achieve quality targets.
- Participate actively in Agile processes such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, demos, and retrospectives.
- Provide ongoing reports on testing progress, risks, and quality status.
- Engage in test automation efforts utilizing Playwright and integrating with CI/CD pipelines where feasible.
