ServiceNow IT Operations Management Developer / Lead

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Developer or Lead to design, deploy, and support IT Operations Management solutions using the ServiceNow platform. Candidates should have at least 4 years of experience in ServiceNow development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ITOM modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration.
• Configure and manage MID Servers, patterns, probes, and sensors.
• Create integrations with third-party monitoring tools through REST and SOAP APIs.
• Customize various platform elements such as Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and use Flow Designer effectively.
• Perform CMDB data modeling and reconciliation as well as enhance data quality.
• Troubleshoot and optimize the performance of Discovery and Service Mapping processes.
• Work closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient ITOM solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Practical experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• Thorough understanding of CMDB, Common Service Data Model (CSDM) framework, and fundamental infrastructure concepts.
• Proficiency in JavaScript along with ServiceNow scripting techniques.
• Experience setting up and managing MID Servers and integrating external systems.
• Strong grasp of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
• Holder of relevant ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or Certified Implementation Specialist - ITOM (CIS-ITOM) is preferred.
