Job Overview
We seek a skilled Quality Engineer based in Pimpri Chinchwad, Pune, with practical experience in machine shop operations, specifically CNC, VMC, HMC, and VTL machining. The role encompasses ensuring quality adherence in production processes through thorough inspections and maintaining production targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct final inspection of machined components to confirm quality standards.
- Perform incoming material inspections to verify compliance with engineering specifications.
- Carry out in-process inspections during manufacturing to monitor and assure quality.
- Interpret and analyze engineering drawings effectively for quality control purposes.
- Maintain a quality-driven approach with accountability for meeting production objectives.
Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of experience as a Quality Engineer in machine shops specializing in CNC, VMC, HMC, and VTL equipment.
- Proficient in reading and understanding engineering drawings.
Additional Details
- Shifts available include both day and night shifts, each lasting 8 hours.
- Salary range is ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 per month, dependent upon interview and previous compensation.
- Open to applicants from any educational background, ranging from non-completion of 10th or 12th grade to ITI, Diploma, or Graduation degrees.
- Facilities include an on-site canteen and adherence to all legal labor compliances.
