Role Overview
The Quality Coordinator role is a full-time onsite position in Riyadh tasked with managing and tracking accreditation-related activities across clinical and non-clinical units. The focus lies on departmental collaboration, documentation control, policy management, education scheduling, and accreditation preparedness.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and liaise with clinical and non-clinical departments regarding accreditation tasks, compliance, and action items.
- Manage the educational calendar that includes staff training, audits, meetings, and scheduled quality activities.
- Ensure departments submit required quality documentation and evidence promptly.
- Assist in developing, reviewing, updating, and controlling policies and procedures in partnership with relevant departments.
- Maintain accurate records, trackers, quality documentation, and accreditation evidence files.
- Facilitate the preparation and organization of materials for accreditation and follow up on outstanding documentation requirements.
Qualifications and Experience
- Preferably candidates with clinical or healthcare backgrounds.
- Prior experience in hospital or healthcare settings is mandatory.
- Experience in Quality Departments is highly desirable.
- Direct involvement in hospital accreditation, particularly preparation of documentation and evidence, is preferred.
- Good knowledge of healthcare quality, patient safety, and accreditation standards.
- Strong skills in coordination and follow-up to effectively handle multiple departmental tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational abilities, managing trackers and multiple priorities efficiently.
- Proficiency in English communication and report writing is essential.
- Advanced computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office including Excel for data entry, tracking, formatting, basic analysis, and report/dashboard creation.
