Quality Control Inspector

Role Overview

Joining our production division, the Quality Control Inspector will enforce our company's safety protocols while overseeing the production workflow to ensure all products satisfy established quality standards.

Key Duties

• Conduct frequent quality checks on materials received from suppliers and finished goods scheduled for shipment.
• Reject any products or materials that do not align with quality criteria.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications to grasp product and service requirements.
• Evaluate product measurements, assess performance features, and benchmark completed items against given specifications.
• Suggest enhancements to improve production quality control processes.
• Record inspection findings meticulously by compiling comprehensive reports and performance documentation.
• Educate production personnel regarding quality control issues to raise product standards.
• Manage and oversee production processes.
• Address and resolve quality concerns promptly.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent certification.
• Quality control certification is advantageous.
• At least two years of experience in a comparable quality inspection position.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong mathematical aptitude and technical capabilities.
• Thorough knowledge of quality assurance standards and testing methodologies.
