About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Quality Control Inspector to join a dynamic manufacturing company located in Barnsley. This permanent role involves working within a new, advanced manufacturing facility that emphasizes cutting-edge technology and continuous investment in people and infrastructure. The position offers rotating weekly shifts from 6:00am to 2:00pm and 2:00pm to 10:00pm, with a salary ranging between a332,000 and a335,000 annually plus additional shift allowances.
Role Responsibilities
- Perform quality inspections and monitoring during different stages of the manufacturing process.
- Verify that products adhere to specified quality standards and customer requirements.
- Identify and document quality discrepancies and non-conformance issues.
- Assist in investigations and implementation of corrective measures when necessary.
- Maintain meticulous records and documentation related to quality control.
- Collaborate closely with production and other departments to resolve quality-related challenges.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to uphold and enhance facility standards.
- Keep a strong focus on meeting customer expectations in all quality aspects.
Candidate Profile
