Role Overview
This quality control engineering position involves overseeing the standards of manufacturing processes for home appliances such as mixer grinders, fans, and geysers. The incumbent will ensure that materials, components, assemblies, and final products comply with required specifications for quality, safety, and performance.
Core Duties
- Examine raw materials and parts for adherence to quality criteria before assembly.
- Monitor manufacturing stages and inspect assembled products to detect non-conformities.
- Perform functional testing to confirm operational integrity of finished appliances.
- Identify and report defects promptly to facilitate corrective actions.
- Keep detailed records of inspection outcomes and quality metrics.
- Collaborate closely with production teams to troubleshoot quality issues, minimize defects, and enhance reliability.
Compensation
Monthly salary range offered is between 25,000 and 40,000 Indian Rupees.
