Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Quality Control team with testing and analyzing raw materials, finished goods, returned products, and vendor samples.
• Conduct routine quality control tests under supervision.
• Prepare samples for testing and customer use, and manage the sample library to ensure proper traceability.
• Help compile and update Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and other quality control documentation.
• Participate in organoleptic evaluations and operate laboratory equipment as required.
• Support the QC Technician by handling Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), technical documents, and daily QC activities.
• Maintain accurate records of test results and contribute to an organized and efficient laboratory environment.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a degree or technical certification in Chemistry, Laboratory Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
• Foundational understanding of analytical and organic chemistry principles.
• Previous exposure to laboratory or Quality Control roles is advantageous.
• Knowledge of laboratory testing methods and experience with analytical instruments is preferred.
• Experience working in the Flavour & Fragrance or chemical sectors is beneficial.
• Proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy in work.
• Demonstrated teamwork, proactive mindset, and eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
