Job description
Role Overview
This position serves as a strategic guide for companies aiming to optimize their use of artificial intelligence (AI) in quality assurance (QA) processes. The architect leads discussions with clients to assess their current AI implementations, including evaluation of large language models and various AI tools, helping them to convert objectives like time savings, cost reduction, and enhanced productivity into actionable plans.
Technical Responsibilities
- Develop and analyze automation scripts using languages commonly adopted in QA automation such as Java, C#, and Python.
- Leverage prior experience as a software engineer to inform quality assurance methodologies.
- Gain expertise in advanced AI technologies including large language model architecture, prompt engineering, fine-tuning models, and methods for detecting and mitigating AI hallucinations.
AI Integration and QA Modernization
- Advise organizations on modernizing their QA workflows by recommending appropriate AI-driven tools aligned with their current maturity.
- Support transitions from legacy testing tools like Selenium to modern platforms such as Playwright.
- Facilitate the shift from manual to automated testing utilizing frameworks like Tosca.
- Propose low-code automation solutions for QA teams lacking extensive technical resources.
