Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and meticulous AI Quality Analyst to join our team remotely on a full-time basis. This role is pivotal in assessing and improving the personalization functions of sophisticated AI models. The analyst will evaluate how effectively the AI system incorporates data from various personal sources such as previous interactions, emails, search histories, and user activities to deliver relevant and precise responses. The position requires both inventive prompt crafting and critical analytical evaluation, demanding acute attention to detail and a solid grasp of AI methodologies and personalization frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate the relevance, accuracy, and data grounding of personalized responses produced by AI models.
- Create inventive, multi-turn prompts to challenge the AI’s ability to assimilate personal information accurately.
- Compare AI-generated responses side by side to uncover fine differences affecting relevance and correctness.
- Provide thorough feedback aimed at enhancing the AI model's personalization effectiveness.
- Contribute insights that support the advancement of more intelligent and tailored AI systems to enhance user experience.
Required Qualifications
- High proficiency in English, both reading and writing.
- Experience in prompt engineering or developing test cases for AI systems.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret subtle and complex AI-generated responses.
- Knowledge of personalization concepts and familiarity with evaluation metrics used in AI assessments.
- Exceptional detail orientation to detect subtle inconsistencies in AI outputs.
- Willingness to utilize personal Google accounts and share personal data sources for assessment exercises.
- Full-time availability compatible with local time zones to support a global 24/7 operation.
