QC Inspector - Mechanical (Static and Rotating Equipment)

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled QC Inspector specializing in Mechanical Static and Rotating Equipment to oversee inspection and quality control operations in accordance with project requirements and Aramco standards. The position involves closely monitoring the installation, testing, and inspection phases to ensure full compliance with approved Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), international codes, and client demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect static and rotating machinery following approved ITPs and project criteria
• Ensure adherence to Aramco’s standards and secure necessary SAP approvals
• Conduct inspections throughout stages such as installation, alignment, and testing
• Review and analyze technical documents including drawings and inspection records
• Collaborate effectively with site engineering teams, supervisors, and client-side inspectors
• Ensure all inspection undertakings comply with ISO 9001:2015 quality guidelines
• Detect non-conformities and assist in implementing corrective measures
• Maintain accurate documentation and inspection reports

Required Qualifications and Skills

• At least 7 years of experience in mechanical inspection roles
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Mandatory Aramco Approval with valid SAP Number
• API certification such as API 510, API 653, or equivalent is essential
• Preferred qualifications include Aramco CBT certification and ISO 9001:2015 certification
