Job Responsibilities
- Perform in-process inspections and quality audits to verify adherence to product specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct final product inspections and audits, including capturing photographic evidence.
- Validate and review internal non-conformities and ensure accurate entry into the Oracle system.
- Calibrate and maintain torque wrenches, ensuring control and accuracy.
- Organize, review, and maintain quality records, ensuring accurate uploads to the Quality Server.
- Prepare First Article Inspection (FAI) documentation for customer submissions.
- Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality documentation to guide inspection activities.
- Adhere to Environment, Health & Safety requirements and contribute to maintaining a safe workplace.
- Engage in Continuous Improvement initiatives aimed at reducing defects and waste, while boosting quality and productivity.
Candidate Qualifications
- Education credentials such as NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Engineering or related technical fields.
- Minimum of one year experience in quality inspection, quality control, manufacturing, or production preferred.
- Fresh graduates with relevant engineering training or practical experience through internships are encouraged to apply.
- Capability to read and understand technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Willingness to work a 12-hour rotating shift schedule encompassing day and night shifts, including weekends and overtime as required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect defects and uphold high-quality standards.
- A quality-driven mindset aiming for excellent workmanship.
- Team-oriented attitude combined with responsibility and a practical approach to work.
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment.
