QA/QC Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned QA/QC Manager to join our team in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, to oversee quality assurance and control activities in construction projects.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and administer the Project Quality Plan along with quality procedures, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and technical submittals related to materials.
• Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary Quality Control team effectively.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and quality review sessions rigorously to maintain standards.
• Ensure that all materials, equipment, and consumables utilized meet the approved specifications and standards.
• Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and facilitate continuous improvement processes.
• Evaluate subcontractors' quality management systems, inspect reports, checklists, and testing documentation critically.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all inspection activities undertaken on site.
• Take active part in pre-commissioning and commissioning inspections to validate quality compliance.
• Ensure that all site operations adhere strictly to project specifications, international codes, and standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology.
• If holding a diploma, should have at least 15 years of relevant experience with a minimum of 7 years in supervisory roles.
• If holding a bachelor’s degree, should have at least 12 years of relevant experience including 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Must hold ISO 9001:2015 certification.
• Strong understanding and practical knowledge of Quality Management Systems and related international standards and codes is essential.
