About the Team

Role and Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers to identify business and technical challenges and translate them into pilot use cases.
• Engineer end-to-end pilot deployments leveraging our AI platform within constrained timelines.
• Develop backend services, integrations, and automated workflows tailored for demos and pilot scenarios.
• Utilize GenAI and LLM capabilities—including APIs, prompt engineering, embeddings, and existing AI agents—to realize intelligent solutions.
• Integrate AI platforms with enterprise systems like ITSM tools, databases, cloud platforms, and APIs.
• Create or adjust simple frontend components to facilitate demonstrations and enhance customer interaction.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Engineering team to relay insights and feedback for platform improvements.
• Support technical discussions with clients, explaining system architecture, design trade-offs, and delivered value.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proficient backend development with Python coding expertise.
• Experience with Generative AI technologies, including LLM APIs such as Claude, OpenAI, and Azure OpenAI.
• Working knowledge of prompt engineering, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), and agent-based AI models.
• Capability to build integrations with enterprise tools like ITSM, observability, CRM, ERP systems using REST APIs or Enterprise Service Bus (ESB).
• Familiarity with databases, data pipelines, data platforms, and messaging frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-native architectures including microservices and containers.
• Practice with DevOps methodologies such as CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and observability principles.
• Basic frontend skills in JavaScript and React for UI flow adjustments and creations.
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving aptitude in ambiguous and customer-facing settings.
• Previous experience in customer-facing engineering roles like solutions engineering, site reliability engineering (SRE), platform engineering, or support services such as Application Management Services (AMS) and Infrastructure Management Services (IMS).

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Cloud, AI, UI, Design, or Enterprise Architecture certifications are considered advantageous.
