Daily Responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships with patrons, knowing them personally while managing the profit and loss statements effectively.
- Operate the venue as if it were your own, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Be the central community figure and lead a high-performing, motivated team.
- Proactively handle any issues or challenges before they escalate.
- Create a positive and vibrant atmosphere, consistently offering excellent service and friendly interactions every shift.
Physical Requirements
This role involves manual tasks such as lifting and moving stock, kegs, and deliveries, requiring the ability to perform these safely and efficiently.
Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates should have the appropriate experience, confidence, and dedication to manage a pub as their own. Holding current industry qualifications including RSA and RSG/RCG as per state legislation is mandatory.
