Public Relations Officer (PRO)

About the Role

T-ALL Inspection Group is on the lookout for a proficient and experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to become part of their Abu Dhabi team. This role demands expertise in managing government relations, visa processes, and adhering to regulatory standards within the oil and gas sector in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee processing of visas, work permits, Emirates IDs, and labor cards for company personnel.
• Communicate and coordinate with UAE government entities including MOHRE, GDRFA, and ICA.
• Handle CICPA pass issuance and site access permissions related to oil field operations.
• Manage renewal of company licenses and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Monitor UAE labor and immigration law updates and provide guidance accordingly.

Qualifications and Skills

• Between three and five years of experience as a PRO within the oil & gas, EPC, or engineering industries in the UAE.
• Comprehensive understanding of UAE labor legislation and immigration protocols.
• Familiarity with CICPA registration processes and security clearance procedures.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English languages.
• Possession of a valid UAE driving license.
