Job description

Role Overview

We are seeking an organised, proactive, and meticulous Public Relations Officer (PRO) to support our expanding real estate brokerage based in Dubai. This critical position is responsible for the effective handling of all government-related procedures that facilitate employee management and business compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee full-cycle employee visa processes including initiations, renewals, cancellations, status updates, golden visa applications, and work permits.
  • Manage Emirates ID issuance, medical testing coordination, and other necessary government documentation procedures.
  • Interface professionally with various UAE authorities such as MOHRE, GDRFA, immigration departments, police forces, and DED to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain precise records of employees and track key expiry dates for visas, licenses, and permits ensuring statutory compliance.
  • Provide support to HR in onboarding, offboarding, and addressing everyday employee-related inquiries.
  • Act as the company’s formal representative during interactions with government departments and other external entities.
  • Coordinate all attestation, notarization, and embassy/legalisation activities as necessary.
  • Manage corporate setup tasks including company formation and trade license applications and their renewals.
  • Prepare, submit, and track official applications, letters, and government submissions through online portals.
  • Draft and type required documentation via government platforms or authorised typing centers.

Candidate Requirements

  • Fluent in spoken and written English; Arabic language skills are a valuable addition.
  • Possess at least 4 years of UAE PRO experience, including a minimum of 2 years within the real estate sector and handling golden visa processes.
  • Well-versed in UAE labour laws, governmental visa protocols, and usage of related online portals.
  • Strong organisational abilities coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must hold a valid UAE driving license.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel including the ability to efficiently use data trackers and reports.
  • Exhibit professionalism, discretion, honesty, and courteousness throughout all official dealings.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.

Additional Information

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Salary Range: AED 5000 to AED 8000 monthly, commensurate with experience.
